Poor surface on downhill section of shared-use footway/cycleway, not helped by footway parkers such as the van driver seen leaving.

Painted cycle lane, and some footway parking.

Despite this dead-end road being massively wide, motorists are still choosing to park their vehicles on or obstructing the footway!
