[Image taken on 5.4.22] Parliament Street, York. YorkBID (www.theyorkbid.com/) started to put brightly coloured seating options into the city centre and nearby area during 2020 or perhaps 2021. They are very attractive and well used (when they are dry enough to sit on). But the angle and shape of these mirror something I'd like to see become a regular feature of the pedestrian area(s) in York; open air photographic exhibitions. The first I was aware of was Earth from the Air in 2003 at the Natural History Museum in London. I make a point of looking for others. More London hosts regular and very varied shows. It is active as you are walking or wheelchairing around them. Other images today: #181589 and links.
