Broadlands Wood - Size: 0.45 ha (1.11 acres)
Grid reference: SJ769911 Woodlands Trust land between Westminster Close and Chichester Close In Sale Trafford. The circular path in this wood has been blocked by a fallen tree. The fence has also been broken here.
Also the squeeze access from Westminster Close is very tight and impossible for ladies in late pregnancy.
Broadlands is open for quiet recreation and is well-used by the public. Within the wood is a short circular path which is surfaced but may get muddy and slippery in wet conditions.
