[Image taken 14.11.21] Navigation Road, York at junction with Percys Lane. Drivers are still entering, getting to the No entry markings (see: #174713) and turning round at the junction with Rosemary Place. This creates noise and pollution for residents, pedestrians, cyclists... It blocks the exit from the one-way measures (see: #174712) for all users. This sign does not make it clear where you can access - and not. Other image today: #175912 and links.
