[Image taken 27.9.21] Route between West Esplanade car park/riverside and Leeman Road, York. This is part of the Scarborough Bridge to Ouse Bridge Flood Scheme. Puddling on the contra flow cycle lane. Briars at head height. Upstand. Encroaching driver. Unpleasant and unsafe feeling.
