Monks Cross retail centre the day before the second lockdown ended. Shops such as Boots and takeaways including Greggs were open. There were people on foot and on cycle. A small collection of 'seasonal' huts had appeared in one corner. I think the two cars blocking the cycle route likely belonged to people stocking the huts.
