There is some terrible speeding down Milton Road, despite it supposedly being a 20 mph zone. How about installing a speed camera here, or getting a speed camera van to come here every so often, to make the situation safer for pedestrians? Even just a 30 mph limit could be checked against. It's not unusual to see someone travelling at 45 mph. The worst offenders seem to be vans and pick-up trucks, presumably because their wheels span the speed humps, but there are plenty of car drivers who drive down at high speed and seem impervious to the humps.
